Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, A Wave from It All! Located in the gated waterfront community of Spinnaker Point the condo is walking distance to many water access points. There is a private walkway to access the North End beach, a beach on the ICW is just a block away and the Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina is just across the street. Spinnaker Point offers a pool, tennis courts and a picnic area. If you have a 4WD vehicle you can purchase a day pass to drive onto the beach at Freeman Park! This end unit has a large deck and offers beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway and the marina.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, plus table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Three couches comfortably seating up to six guests plus flat screen TV with cable.
Deck: Access from the living room, seating for 4 people with views of marina/intracoastal waterway.
Laundry: Stackable Washer and Dryer in Hall Closet.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, walk in closet, plus attached bath with shower/tub combo.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, with closet.
3rd Bedroom: Full size bed, there is no window in this bedroom.
Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with shower/tub combo.
Parking for 2 cars: Must display parking pass provided at check-in.
Condo Amenities: Pool, Hot tub, Grills, Tennis Courts, and Private Beach Access.
Pet Policy: If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know, so that we may confirm and request a dog fee. The non-refundable pet fee is $25 a night per dog, or $150 a week per dog (limit 2).

Off Season two-night requirement.
Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. - mid-May).
Arrival/Departure:
Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.
Check-In: 4:00.
Check-Out: 10:00AM.
You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
Items to Bring:
Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.
Things to do:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
