This 1 bed 1 bath, we call Pelican Perch, is ready for your next Beach Vacation Experience! Spacious living/ dining area offers all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, cookware and of course a coffee pot and toaster! With a brand-new QUEEN sleeper, you may choose to sleep up to 4.

Our luxurious linen and towel package is included at no additional cost to you for the Queen size bed in the bedroom! Private Balcony off the master overlooks the pool and marsh area at the north end of our island also known as Freeman Park.

The Breaker's Complex has a beautiful sparkling pool, lots of swings on site to sit and watch the pelicans or other wildlife as they fly over the marshy area. Perhaps you are sick of eating out? Use one of the many on site charcoal grills (must supply your own charcoal) and picnic tables for dinner or lunch outside!
