The building has gated parking for added security and overflow parking across the street in two open lots. The complex also has an elevator for community use or several stair options. No grills or grilling allowed for fire safety. There is an outdoor pool and kids wading pool behind the complex. Direct beach access is located behind the complex and it has 2 outdoor showers for rinsing off sand prior to returning to your condo.
