Welcome to Seaside Sunrise! With views from this condo, you'll never want to leave! This condo is located on the North End of Carolina Beach near the pier and Freeman Park. Perfect for a day of lounging on the beach, fishing or grabbing a bite to eat and cocktail at the newly renovated tiki bar! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you could need making it easy to dine in and enjoy dinner on the porch. The master suite features a queen size bed and includes the linen and towel package in the cost of the cleaning fee. There are smart TVs located in both the living room and bedroom. Full tub/shower combo along with washer and dryer. The community pool is located across the street near the pink buildings. You will receive a parking pass upon check-in, you may park anywhere in the seascape community. please display parking pass at all times. Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
