Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, island with seating for 4, table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Large sectional, accent chair, TV.
Patio: Access from the living room, Seating for 4 people.
Bathroom: Half bath in hallway.
Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, TV, attached bath with shower/tub combo.

NIGHTLY RENTAL REQUIRMENTS:
Peak Season weekly rentals are from Sat-Sat. (June - August).
Off Season minimum night requirement three nights.
Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. - mid-May).

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
ITEMS TO BRING:
Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items
PET POLICY:
2 dogs permitted.
If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know, so that we may confirm and request a dog fee. The non-refundable pet fee is $25 a night per dog, or $125 a week per dog (limit 2).
THINGS TO DO:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises. NO Smoking inside, outside or in common areas downstairs.*
