On the ground level you will find a 1 car garage with gas grill that leads to a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bath with shower stall. Upstairs, on the first fl, the living room features a flat screen TV with SlingTV included, Wi-Fi, and sectional sofa.

The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. The stairs bring you to the queen bedroom, while the hallway will take you to a king bedroom with a gorgeous private balcony. On the 3rd floor there is an additional twin bunkbed in an alcove, common area. There is also two rollaway beds in the home available for guests use plus two foldable work stations.

The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor of the home. This spacious bedroom with TV leads you to another private balcony. From the balcony, there is a spiral staircase leading you up to the rooftop deck.

Beach Time is pet friendly, so bring your pups with you and take them to Freeman Park to enjoy the surf and sand!
