Urban Environment:
This property is located in downtown Wilmington where there are many bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. that stay open until 2am every night so please expect a loud environment surrounding the property until 3am. The city of Wilmington picks up garbage starting at 6am so you may hear beeping/trucks early in the morning. Ear plugs are provided to help you sleep soundly at night.

Off Season monthly rentals (mid-Sept. - mid-May).

Things to Do:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
